Photo Delivery:We strive to deliver all photos and media within 1 business day after the onsite appointment. In some cases, delivery may take up to 48 hours depending on the scope of the shoot or special editing requirements.
Cancellations and Rescheduling: 24-Hour Notice Required: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
Same-Day Cancellations or Rescheduling: Any cancellation or rescheduling made on the same day as the appointment will incur a $50 non-refundable charge, including situations where the property is not ready for photography.
Copyright and Usage: All images, videos, and media content created by Skyvista Media remain the exclusive property of the company.
Clients receive a Limited Copyright License to use the media for the purpose of marketing the specific property for which the media was created, as long as they hold the listing.
The media may not be sold, transferred, or reused without explicit written permission from Skyvista Media.
Domain Name Purchases: Domain name purchases for property websites are non-refundable once the URL has been provided.
The client assumes full responsibility for maintaining the domain and associated costs beyond the initial purchase.
Property Readiness: It is the client's responsibility to ensure the property is fully prepared and staged for photography prior to the scheduled appointment. Please refer to our Home Preparation Checklist to ensure the best possible results.
Weather Policy: In case of adverse weather conditions that may impact the quality of the exterior or aerial shots, the appointment may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Payment Terms: Full payment is due upon delivery of the final media files unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability: Skyvista Media is not responsible for any damages, delays, or losses arising from property readiness issues, last-minute cancellations, or technical failures.
